Erik, Chevy and Dante made my experience very pleasurable and didn't take long to finish the process. Kudos to them all for getting me in and out within a reasonable timeframe!! Excellent job.
Car developed a problem after one week. Brought it in to the service dept on the appointed date. Was told it could take 24 to 48 hours to find the problem. To my satisfaction, they were able to resolve the problem the same day and picked up the car later in the afternoon.

The Pittsburg Hyundai service department has the worst service, their manager David is so unhelpful and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Their lack of communication/ respect for customer time, customer interaction, and overall service was awful. After years of dealing with this location because of it being close in proximity to our home, and being loyal to the dealership we bought the car at, we finally had enough.
