Rude from the top, spoke to customers like they were inept from understanding, so they wrote "numbers" that meant nothing with a blue pen onto a random paper to try to trick and confuse people. Also started typing up a warranty that was not agreed to and eventually was caught on. Never called or returned calls regarding important financial matters or paperwork. Very rude and unprofessional.

Excellent Everyone that helped us was great. Found the right vehicle in white which they had in stock. We were looking for a vehicle in white or silver. When we arrived, they presented us a silver which they received the night before to us knowing we preferred a silver vehicle. To me that's knowing what your customer wants. Thanks!

Great dealership Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. The sales person came in on her day off to help us out with the deal. She knew what we wanted and didn't try and pressure us in to anything else.

buying a car at hyundai it should not take 3 hours to buy a new or used vehicle also more options need to be looked into like leaseing also I will for sure stay with Hyundai because of there great warrenty also I will recommend Hyundai to my family and friends

Sonata Hybrid Purchase I went to see the new Ionic Hybrid. I'm a big guy and a car has to "fit" me. Abdul met us as we walked onto the lot. I told him why we were there & he showed us the Ionic. He got one for us to test drive. After the drive, I told him it was just too small & would not work for me. I asked about a use Elantra he had on the lot & he told me that would not work either because of the size. He went out on the lot & brought around a beautiful Sonata Hybrid.
