We couldn’t be happier with the prompt and expert service we’ve received from All Star. We upgraded from a basic service with a different provider and love the new features. From initial contact through installation, Jeff was available to quickly answer any questions we had about the system. This included successfully troubleshooting an unusual situation we had with our wireless network.

He was able to diagnose my issue over the phone and come out same day and fix the issues, plus help me with understanding my alarm and programming it correctly! All Star Security has been nothing shy of absolutely wonderful to work with. Their prewire installation was fast, extremely clean, and all wires routed neatly throughout the home. Very responsive and fast on service as well!
