Allstar Security is fantastic! Got a referral from a friend when we bought our home in 18… Locally owned, Low competitive price, very responsive! The owner Jeff is awesome and super helpful when questions arise every now and again. His field support is also extremely friendly and professional. This review is long overdue. Being a paranoid new homeowner in 2015, we did lots of research for a reliable, accountable and local home security system for our first home. We came to know about All Star Security as most of our neighbors had them and we got lots of good feedback. And it was also the cheapest and with no contract. We recently moved to a new house. We contacted Jeff at All Star Security to come out to review and advise on our current system. He was very timely in responded and coming out. We switched over to All Star Security in January, 2020. The initial installation had some technical difficulties due to the previous system. Jeff stayed late into the night trying to get things to a 100%. The next day Taylor came out as promised and he was able to get the final piece up and running. Our home was never not secured. We are pleased with our system and would recommend it to everyone. My new home had some of the security equipment already installed. After a few days of moving in, Jeff stopped by and explained the options. I felt free as there was no pressure to sign up. After doing some research and comparing the company with others, I called Jeff and scheduled an appointment for the installation. The paper work was done through email.
