Love their phone calls.......to cancel due to the weather (understandable)..........to require a 5 hour window to schedule an appointment (worse than most companies).......to asking for the vehicle VIN to order the right windshield (smart), only to find out they still ordered the wrong one (clueless). But my favorite is scheduling yet another appointment and confirming the date and time, only to have them call later and say they never scheduled it. I do not recommend All Star Glass. I had an appointment to have my car window fixed and the technician never came and I never received any call. I called the next morning and they said they couldn’t find my appointment (though they sent me 3 emails confirming it with a work order number). The representative on the phone, Daphne, was very rude and talked over me continually. I will not be doing any business with All Star Glass again.
RecommendedSomeone broke in to my car last night, called an hour after it happened and already had an appointment for today. Super nice and friendly staff, awesome sauce.
RecommendedI had the nicest and knowledgeable glass guy replace my windshield today, Armando. He installed an excellent quality windshield. It was better than what he took out. I immediately noticed there was no distortion whatsoever in the glass. My last glass company, who shall remain nameless, had to replace my windshield 2 times due to waves and distortion. Allstar = Excellent service, excellent quality and best of all my new windshield is Made in the USA.
