I am very disappointed. I have done business with All Star since 1993 and NEVER had an experience as bad as this. I was looking for a Bronco or F-150. The staff is very friendly but I was told that they could not find keys or even entire vehicles that I was interested in. When they found a Bronco for me to test drive it was FILTHY. We left that Saturday and when I tried to follow up, all I got was "when can you come in?". Very poorly trained staff as I felt I knew more about the vehicles they were selling.
