Happily edited, previous review removed. I am happily changing my review to five stars. Our return visit was exceptional and a night day difference the transparency, the professionalism, the courtesy, and the friendliness everything that you would expect in an excellent car buying experience I want to personally think Mr. Jerri “coach” and Daniel. Y’all are top-notch thank you for taking the time with my wife and I today. She’s extremely pleased with her vehicle and the experience overall, in fact, she remarked me after we l... read more

What a joke. Had an appointment for my truck drop it off Thursday night for Service today. Called all day no answer. Finally get someone this evening. They did not touch my truck. They did not look in the drop box. What a joke they are. Can't get them to leave ya alone when your buying a car but when oy comes to service crickets.

Brought back at 100k miles (now out of warranty) and was told vehicle has a failing CDF drum and would be $8500 to replace. No other option than a (Reman) Transmission from Ford. A vehicle this new should NOT need a complete transmission replace. Wish we would have been made aware that... read more
