Edit - Today I had a nice conversation with Tommy from All Star Ford. He was very professional and apologized profusely. He admits that his team was not the best prepared that day. I can respect that, after all we are all human beings and are not perfect. Tommy went on to discuss that the new ownership is a good thing, but comes with some challenges.
