The sales representative quoted me the price of a vehicle $3k higher than it is listed online. What a joke.
Bought my Oxford white 2010 ford f-150 STX extended cab with the 4.6 here in December 2009. Still running strong. 5/5 stars from me, truck created so many memories.
I was looking at a car online one day and the next morning someone called me to see if I could come in and take a look at the vehicle so I did. Long story short I didn't see the person I made the appointment with BUT that was okay cuz I had the most wonderful young lady to help me with everything and I wasn't nervous about my decision everything thing went smoothly. This service department is the absolute worst. I unfortunately need to bring my car to The dealership for the issue that I’m having. I tried to bring it to two other places to avoid coming here, But unfortunately they cannot fix my issue that the dealership can. I was advised to make an appointment, so that that’s what I did for 9:45 AM, Needed to pick up my car by 3:30 PM, And my car was not even looked at.
