I worked with Georgia about six years ago to rehab this rental, she was very professional. The new office manager, Jolia, was condescending and would not stop yapping when I called with complaints. Painters painted most window sills in gloss finish.. but some were painted with flat paint. Cleaner did a subpar job, even throwing away the boiler pan (said it was rusted).. but did not tell anyone.
