I called last minute and asked them if they could do two custom embroidered items for me same day. I needed them for a birthday the following day. They were very polite on the phone and also in the store when I came in. They did an awesome job on my items and provided great customer service when they offered to help me further with the appearance of them. I was very pleased & the gift recipient loved his stuff :) Thank you All Star Embroidery, I will keep you in my contacts for future needs.
DO NOT GO HERE! absolutely terrible customer service and my order took WEEKS longer than they told me it would. When I called to check on the status of my order 2+ weeks after I ordered it, the person I spoke to (Jim) lied to me. I dropped off 2, that s right 2, shirts to be embroidered with one name and I will never go there again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
