I contacted All Star Electrical to help resolve an issue with flickering lights. They visited my property and diagnosed the problem as stemming from the age of my electrical panel and main electric connection. We had a circuit breaker keep tripping over the weekend that was key to our home office setup so that my wife and I could work effectively Monday morning. The team at All Star Electrical were very responsive with getting an appointment set up the same morning I called with a minimal call out fee (even on short notice). Excellent service!! I called at 12 noon and they still came out the same day to evaluate the job. The next day they pulled the required permits and then the technicians performed the service. I had a great experience today with All-Star electric. I needed a service wire replaced at my property and called early morning to get a quote. Ben showed up on time and professionally walked me through the process of replacement. Ben quoted me a reasonable price and told me he could get the job done the same day. Ben was awesome! We had an amazing experience with All Star. Ben was our tech. First he came out at 10pm at night to give us an estimate. While most companies are trying to "get over" when you have a call during non business hours, they were EXTREMELY reasonable in the fee they charge. I honestly thought he dispatch misspoke. We had a great experience with our technician from All-Star Electrical Services! The technician was on time and quickly fixed the electrical problem we were having. It was a minor problem but they came out the next day (after calling at 8pm the night before) and were able to complete the job on the spot. Our hallway light stopped working and we tried to replace it ourselves with no luck, the fuse kept blowing when we went to turn it on. Hooked up electrical receptacle for a range and disconnected an old hard wired electric range They were courteous and reasonable. We were hoping to put the receptacle inn the wall, but the wall was plaster, so that would have been a big job. They assured us that the receptacle was up to code the way they did it, and finished the job in about an hour. thank you for prompt service.will call again if ever need any electrical work around the house.

I'm new to the area, and chose All Star based on the Yelp reviews. The service was punctual and professional. Prices were clearly disclosed, and the voucher that I purchased through Yelp was honored without issue. As the technician did the install, he was happy to show me exactly what he was doing, and why.
