All star put the wrong birthdate on my permit application and wouldnt return my phone calls to get it replaced.

Horrible!!!! I signed my son up for the segment 1 class at the Plymouth High School and they cancelled the class and never called to tell us, When I called All Star the lady on the phone laughed and said oops do you want to sign up for our May class? Very inconsiderate as my son was at school sitting there waiting for class to start I had to call him and tell him they cancelled it!! A phone call would have been nice!

I am shocked that this organization is still in business@@?! The instructions are not clearly stated and the answers are not customer friendly....ie...regardless, the checks must be in before noon...didnt you call before?...someone called(no record of call...there is caller id!)...I have apologized many times...finally do you want a refund? Wish we kept searching for a more professional organization!
My daughter loved this class and so did we. My son took Segment 1 about a year ago at another company and we hated it. So when looking for something better we found All Star. There classes were offered right her high school which was so conveinet for us. I know we will deffinaltly be going back for Segment 2. Also, my son took the road test with this company. We had Larry as our tester, he was GREAT! I can not wait for my other 2 to get to that point and I hope Larry is still teaching by then! Thanks All Star!
My daughter took classes at the Brighton High School location. This was such a great learning experience for her. She did not know anything going into the class and they were very through with teaching her the basics. She questions me all the time about mine or my husbands driving. Way to go All Star!
I have a friend from Iraq who needed to get their license, and was not very good at English. We took the road test in Ann Arbor with Larry. He was very kind to us, and was understanding of the language barrier. My friend wasnt a very good driver, so we did have to take the test twice, but the companies easy scheduling process made it convienient. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to learn to drive in this country.
