Our family has over 60 years in the driver's education business for three generations. All three generations possess a master degree in education (or higher). Love this place. First daughter took the class 3 years ago and was very happy with the instructor and class material. Now, just signed my second daughter up for the class. Called to registered over the phone and spoke to a very nice lady named Monica. She was very helpful. Informed me of the state laws that I did not know existed for new drivers. Great customer service, great instructors, would definitely recommend this place for any new driver.

Sent both of my kids they were so excited with the class they always talked about the things they did how fun it was, wish they had the same excitement about high school. I have 1 more child to send and will surely send them to All Star, great to work with for the kids schedules and awesome that is is right after school.

DO NOT SIGN YOUR CHILD UP FOR THIS CLASS!!!!!! I too experienced them canceling a class at the last minute and left me with no options due to my son s schedule with sports. There was another option for us at the time we signed up for All Star but chose All Star over that because the time and location was more convenient. Regretting that decision now!!!! They informed me that they canceled multiple classes in the area due to low enrollment (you d think they d combine the classes to a central location but no). I got an apology... read more

My daughter was very close to the 14 year 8 month age for the time of the first class, so i e-mailed all star with her birthday to see if she was eligible. I was e-mailed back that she was eligible to take the class for that time. I wanted to make sure, so i called and spoke to someone at their office. My daughter just finished course, I do not recommend: - great job in pointing out all the fees the will charge you if you cancel drive, forget book - We had a drive postponed with no notice - no phone call, no text, no email, no apologies. - Instructor was crass - - Can never get a hold of anyone in the office - They do not return calls - they did say this because they are busy managing their 200 staff and 90 locations. - cars are a bit shabby - Saw one car one the road, with instructors arm hanging out of window - great rol... read more
