John in service dept took such good care of me. I’m traveling from out of town and had my 3 granddaughters with me. We were headed to Minnesota to drop off the girls and in big time constraint. I had truck delivered to all star dodge on Thursday with a need to be in Minnesota by Sunday. John told me they were behind 4 days and probably would be Tuesday. I cringed and gave him my story. Great customer service very fast in and out
My sells representative was very knowledgeable ,courteous and polite. Everybody in the building were so nice and helpful. You did not feel like you were just a sell but a person they were trying to satisfy your wants.
I love them had 2 cars with them
have empathy. and dont any sale used cars so that costumers. work together as a team for positive resolution to satisfy the paying costumer so that they give more buisness in the future and not take it else were.. follow up and thur
