Avoid the All Star Dental in Aurora! The receptionist had no mask on the entire time of my son’s visit and Dr Black was rude and refused to treat my son. Dr Black also doesn’t follow the cdc guidelines, he turned away a patient who had an appointment booked well over a month in advance because he disagreed with the specialists xrays. RecommendedI took 6yr old there and they were Great with him !!! He was comfortable with them and he's not comfortable with anyone he first meets. Another dentist sent us there to get a cavity filled other dentist acted like the cavity was massive and needed to be filled. Dentist at All Star said it was very very small and it was between a 9yr n 12yr molar so he said unless it starts hurting him in about 6 months he will put caps on them because he said if he filled them now they probab… See more
The first strike was In the middle of a pandemic I sat in the room where two garbage cans were open and exposed with a lot of bloody gauze from a previous patient, the trash cans had no lid and was placed right next to my seat (yes I asked if they could empty the trash it seemed very hazardous) also I felt extremely rushed with the process with the entire appointment. RecommendedMy daughter experienced a bad abscess and was not a patient at All Star. They took her in and was extremely pleasant. They were quick and I didn’t not have to wait for hours like I have at other dental clinics. I appreciate them and look forward to patronizing All Star in Blue Island in the future.
RecommendedArrived and the staff was nice. It was my first visit so it was more of a consultation. Dr. Kiki was fast but thorough. They were able to refer me to a specialist that accepted my insurance for my root canal. I would recommend them.
