I would not recommend All Star Cleaning. We have them come in every 2 weeks to clean. They do not move anything to clean under. My small rugs at the door were not moved when they supposedly swept and mopped. Bathroom counters not wiped down, kitchen table not clean and no dusting was done even though I paid for all this. The first time they came the cleaning was great but then Lisa quit and it has been horrible since. Contacted the owner Kathy and she has a bad attitude. Don’t waste your money.

I needed a deep clean before selling a house, so time was of the essence, and on the day of they couldn’t locate the house. The house is maybe 30 yards off a busy street and I’ve never has anyone not been able to locate it. Then they wouldn’t call me back when I attempted to reschedule. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

I have used All Star Clean Team for about 10 years and continued w them through 3 moves. The women who come to clean are consistent over the years so we don’t have random new people coming each time. We have 4 Golden Retrievers and they do a great job dealing w the ‘fur factory’ we live in. I had to stop services awhile back between jobs and it became quickly apparent what a great job they do. I have referred them to others who are also happy w their services.

The people of the crew are very nice and courteous. After contacting them and they came and did the first initial deep clean, since then it's kinda gone down hill. After each time of doing the once a month cleaning, upon the crew leaving we would find things half dusted or not cleaned at all. It seemed as though the monthly cleanings were different because the same things were not done. So as a result we will no longer be using their services... Regretfully, TS & AS
