Performed carpet and tile floor cleaning. Professional (were on time and worked without delay), knowledgable (knew how to treat stains, grout, and gave advice for future care), thorough (wiped baseboards and included closet carpet), great value (much less than I imagined), service (expert) and quality (could not ask for more). They don't need to advertise; I've already recommended to 3 friends. So glad we went to Home Advisor for research!!

Customer service was great. Great experience. They showed up ahead of time rather than on time. They made sure I understood what they were doing every step of the way. The furnishings are definitely improved and needed no additional covers to hide the spots after the deep cleaning. If I had to give a constructive comment, it would be that around the edges of the sofa, chair, and corners of the pillows there seem to be areas missed and may have been contributed to the shape of the pillows in relationship to the cleaning equip... read more
