I had a great experience with All Star Chem-Dry. Everyone from Brenda who took my call to Neal who came to clean my love seat were friendly, helpful and honest. Access to my apartment proved to be a little challenging due to the distance from the parking lot, but Neal was able to make it work with a little ingenuity. Neal took the time to explain how different furniture materials respond to the steam cleaning process and was upfront about whether or not he would be able to remove all the dog hair from the upholstery. My whole experience with ChemDry was great! Brenda scheduled my appointment very quickly- the next day. She was very pleasant, great customer service. The men came early to my dad's place, I felt bad because my daughter was late, but the maintenance let them in. They did a great job! My dad is in rehab, coming home today and I love that he's coming home to a clean home! Thank you all very much!

Chem-Dry had cleaned the carpets in my office and that is where I met Tyler. He is an exceptional young man and his partner Phil was fantastic also. They came and cleaned my house yesterday and both were quite professional and very caring of their work. They did a fantastic job for me and my house looks great!
