We moved into a townhome that the previous person had a pet and carpet was badly stained and still had pet odor after 2 carpet cleanings. Chem Dry cleaned the carpet and no more stains or odor!! I would never use any other carpet cleaner.
Came early, Completed work in timely fashion. Tom & Will are outstanding technicians. Would request them again.
