BUYER BEWARE! We hired All Star for installing tile and removing a small, half wall. We do not live in Florida full time and the job took place right as Hurricane Irma was coming through - so while the tile installation was completed, the wall was not. When we returned a couple of months later to finish the job, we were told that finishing the wall was not part of the contract and they would not honor our agreement, even after the sales representative vouched for us that it was in fact to be included. very disappointed. We had in the past gone to All Star Carpet and Tile and received exceptional products and service at a VERY reasonable price. However, we recently went back to them. We were charged $1800 to have vinyl floor installed in one bedroom, the installer was NOT a professional by any means, the base board was cheap cardboard and was installed very unprofessional. cracks and seams everywhere. the corners did not even meet. my husband is now spending his time fixing it and when we complained they wanted to take a l... read more
We needed the carpet replaced in our home. I contacted Juan and he was very professional and fair with his prices. He arranged the installation and the installers arrived on time. They were neat and efficient. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. Our carpet looks and feels wonderful and... didn't break the bank. The only negative is that we should have called him sooner! After looking at multiple tile stores and installers we decided to go with all star carpet and tile and that was were our problems began.
