RecommendedBeen using these guys for years in new construction. Great work and professionalism.
They need to be more selective when subcontracting to installers who state one thing then do another i.e., I was told that demolition would include removal of tiles that were taken up. When I realized that some of the tiles were still in good condition, I offered them to the installer and he thanked me. However, what he did was take what he needed and I still have tile left on the side of my house.

Beware ..... they are sales people but have no clue re construction, installations or measuring.
We bought some tile there and they said if we do not use them all we could get a refund on the un used ones,when we brought them back Gabriel said the charge machine to give us the credit was broken so he will process the credit when it is fixed long story short HE NEVER PROCESSED THE CREDIT and blamed our bank for not giving us back the money the bank showed us he never put in the credit when i asked him to show proof he processed the refund he hung up on me.
