Super friendly staff and the car looks great. However the manager on duty today treated my wife horribly by yelling and reprimanding her for not understanding their process. This was her first visit and he blew it. It's rare to visit an establishment where the staff has to apologize for their managers rude and incredibly aggressive behavior. If you are the manager reading this, and I have a feeling you know who you are, you need to adjust your attitude immediately.
Been going here for years and the last 6 months they have gone down hill. Don't get the wheel Brite where they supposedly "spray and scrub your rims". Or the tire shine......you get half your tire done.
All Star's hours are stated to open at 8:00 am. I have yet to arrive at 8:00, and the staff have the drive through open and ready for business. Often times they are just pulling into the parking lot a few minutes AFTER 8:00. I pay a monthly fee for unlimited car washes, and it's going to waste because I can't receive service during "open" hours. I'll be canceling my membership. Very disappointed.
