My wife's grandparents passed and we had Gary sell one of their vehicles for us. Unfortunately, it's been the worst experience we've ever had with a dealership! The vehicle sold in September and its now December. Against my better judgement, we sent him the title to get the process going. He told us two months ago he would have the check mailed out and never did. We've called them COUNTLESS times and Gary is never available to talk and never returns our messages.
