Hello, tried to get a stain glass shad fixed. First of all it is house and not commercial studio. He was telling me how expensive the shade was and he needed to do special work done. The light cost with the base and shade was 897. Brand new. Used about half. Instead of being polite and saying I cannot do the work, he just dismisses me and marked away. RUDE
