Actual medical Services are good. Scheduling is difficult. Paying invoice is difficult due to online bill pay never works. Nearly impossible to speak with front desk on telephone
Went as a VA referral. Doctor was late to appointment right off the bat. Basically all I needed was an outside doctor's report stating that my knee surgery I received wasn't working as it should. A report was never given to me or my primary care doctor. I have spent the past 3 months trying to get this report and have received multiple excuses as to why it isn't available, and that he is "Just so busy we will have to mail it later."
