I would strongly warn anyone against hiring Allsmiths (Rodney Smith). What should have been a simple condo project—retiling a bathroom, retiling a kitchen floor, installing a barn door, and adding a washer and dryer—dragged on for over 2.5 months. Read all the reviews and couldn't wait to get him on this job. Looks like time hasn't been good to Rodney or his company. He started great with half of the job cost paid upfront. After the first day he spent no more than a couple hours. Leaving his tools all over the yard and in the house. He then decided to tour my house with his girlfriend while we weren't home, walking into all the bedrooms.
