I was greeted at the door with a smile . Excellent , courteous and friendly staff. The hygienist was very detailed and explained the procedure she was performing . The doctor was both professional as well as personable . He made sure I was well taken care of. Even going that extra mile and talking to me about sports being that I am an avid fsu fan and the doctor is a gator. Well done. Great service.
Dr. Grimaudo is not only the best dentist in the Bay Area, he is also a genuinely kind and an engaging individual. He makes time to welcome you regardless of your social status. Dr. Joe and his medical assistant Nicole are wonderful. Not only do they go above and beyond to explain everything, but they treat you like a person and not a number. I only see them twice a year, but each visit seems to be a continuation of the conversations from the previous visit, both personal and professional.
