Our kiddo has been going here for years. This practice is down to earth, accessible, and friendly.
Service is terrible, took my daughter and was made to wait for 30 minutes with zero updates or response. The front desk was keen on entertaining the doctors kids who had the day off on Veterans Day than attending to patients. You are a medical facility and the least we expect is compassion and kindness. They did not bother to even extend an apology for the wait.
Dr Goyal is simply an Amazing Dentist. He really knows how to deal with kids and is very informative when dealing with parents. The best thing about his practice, he is an honest person, will never try to up sell any dental procedure or try to pressure parents into something expensive. To all the parents, the best decision you can make is simply stick to what Dr Goyal advises, and you will never go wrong.
My family has been with Dr. Goya for over 5 years, and my daughter loves the care they provide. They always communicate well and explain things in a way that’s easy for both kids and parents to understand.
