Dr.Fan and his staff are professional and kind. Dr.Fan will try to keep your teeth instead of simply telling you to have them removed. And he does all the operations himself, from teeth washing to removing and more. He also helped my mom to fix her wise tooth. He said old people should keep as many teeth as possible. Strongly recommend.

Dr. Fan is a trustworthy dentist that takes care of my whole family. He is not aggressive or pushy for unnecessary treatment. He was willing to redo a filling when another dentist wanted to do a root canal. I always go for 2nd opinions when the dentist wants to recommend aggressive treatment. I finally found a good dentist after my dear dentist in Chicago retired.

I had a root canal performed by Dr Fan in May 2025, but the treatment failed. I suffered months of pain. I returned for several visits and was repeatedly told there was no infection. Since my symptoms continued, I saw an endodontist, who diagnosed an ongoing infection and performed retreatment. The retreatment shows a discrepancy of working length used in the original procedure. Terrible experience. The staff was hostile and unhelpful, and my cavity filling was rushed and poorly handled. Disrespectful service from start to finish. Look elsewhere.

The entire staff is extremely friendly very helpful.The doctor is fast and efficient He is straightforward and very comforting he made sure I was comfortable the entire time and was explaining everything! I’m terrified of the dentist and I had a wonderful experience and I just wanted to share. I will be bringing my family here.
