It was a very pleasant experience at Allsmiles Dentistry for my recent dental cleaning and checkup. Dr. Fan and his team are super professional and friendly. They are very patient and accommodating with my requests and queries. Initially I had questions on billing and insurance but they were quick and transparent in explaining the costs and charges. Also the office is also very clean and well managed and I truly love the experience!
In terms of professional skill, attitude, and pricing, this is truly the best choice for a dentist. I’ve had three fillings done here, and afterward, the comfort level was such that it felt as if nothing had ever happened. I want more people to know about Dr. Fan—finding him is a stroke of luck! I give him a big thumbs-up!
Came with a single filling request, came out with a list of procedures I have never requested (full exam and full cleaning). Also charged me additionally for fluoride that I also never requested. During the procedure, I was splashed with water like I was in a waterpark; it is so unprofessional. I won't visit them again; they will try to charge you as much as possible.
Dr Fan the front desk person and his asst are totally amazing! They all put me at ease from the start, Dr took the time to explain everything they were going to do and also to make sure I was comfortable and had no questions before they began. I highly recommend this practice, especially if you have dental anxiety like I did. I actually feel real comfortable here!
