Today I had my first filling for a cavity as I hadn't had one before. I was super nervous and both Dr. Kelly and Selena were AMAZING! I was explained the process, given comforting words, a stress ball, and had such compassionate, patient care! To have this experience really helps the fear of going to the dentist. I have been going here for a few years now and have always had a very positive experience. God bless all of the staff here and I highly recommend All Smiles Dentistry:)
We had dental work completed (tooth implant) at All Smiles Dental Group. Within the 5 year warranty period it failed. The All Smiles dental group acknowledged the failure and instructed us to seek restitution/refund from the dentist who was no longer employed at the clinic where the procedures were performed. All Smiles acknowledged the issue, but informed us that since the dentist no longer worked in the clinic they were not responsible for the warranty coverage. This dentist office isn't what it used to be. I have been coming here since i was like 11. The staff is not very welcoming anymore. When I came in no one was at the front and 5 customers were waiting to check in which i thought was weird. The hygienist hurt me for the first time ever when cleaning my teeth and didn't seem to care when i told her she was hurting me. Then she forgot about my retainer as she was ******* me out when i knew i had to pay for the flouride. Just an unwelcoming experience. I guess it is time to find ... read more
I come to all smiles Dental group every 6 months and any time I feel something not right, and I’m always treated like I’m the only customer they have, the front desk lady’s stop what they are doing and they all focus on my problem and get it resolved while I’m there, when my cleaning Is do, it is done So smooth and professional, that I’m up and on my way in a matter of minutes, the team in this office makes me comfortable about coming to the dentist, thank you all smiles dental group
