The hygienist is excellent! Professional and is patient answering all my questions. I greatly appreciated the proactive phone call prior to my appt to let me know I could come in earlier than my appt. time. My only hesitation to recommend All Smiles Dental is the limited appt. window of 7-3pm, M-Thurs. I am forced to take time off of work to make an appt., so unfortunate last year I went the entire year without teeth cleanings or xrays.
Writing a review about a "dentist visit" isn't always that easy but I must say Dr. Tran's office makes it a pleasure to write about. Just had a regular cleaning and I was in and out within 30 minutes! Everyone in this office always makes you feel like family! The kind and honest consideration that is shared with the patient is truly genuine. They truly make the experience a delightful visit. See you in 3 months!
Dr Tran is such a pleasure to work with. She takes time to thoroughly explain every procedure, presents any options, takes the time to answer all questions and expresses any concerns she may have about my well being. She has a very gentle touch and takes care not to cause discomfort. She and her staff always deal with me in a most professional, competent and friendly manner. It's always a pleasure to visit Dr Tran's office. It's been my experience that it's rare to find an office so well run and staffed. Kudos to Dr Tran!
