They provided the CPAP and basic instruction, but we had to ask many questions. Much of what they say is very unclear. Make sure you read the books. They couldn't tell me anything about getting the necessary replacement parts shipped at the proper intervals. Get all your ducks in a row. Know what you need to do and how to get your supplies. It can take 1-2 weeks yo clarify, so don't wait until the last minute. Do not assume that they are going to be helpful.
