I had an excellent experience with All Shore plumbing and heating company! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They helped me diagnose my heating issue quickly, and explained everything to me in clear terms, and completed the job very efficiently. Scott and his son Brad were friendly, courteous and very respectful of my home, and made sure everything was working perfectly before. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

I had a great experience working with this team. I called Scott at 9am with no hot water and had a brand new hot water heater installed by 2pm. The team inspected, gave me options and answered my questions thoroughly. They completed the job quickly, told me what i need to know about the new water heater and left the place in the same condition they found it - no mess left behind! I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone in need.

I cannot say enough good things about Scott and his great team. Scott is super responsive, fair, trustworthy, easy to deal with, and I am so beyond grateful to have a plumbing team I can count on. My house has had a series of revolts lately and I have practically had Scott on speed dial. Christian came late one night for an emergency, and even gave me a hug. I want to thank Mike and his team, Christian and Chris, for their excellent service. I have a Navien tankless combi water heater in my home, which was newly built in 2020 (I bought the house in May 2021). I was really surprised when it stopped working in 2025 in November, in NY, with no heat! I found All Shore Plumbing & Heating, a Navien certified contractor, through Navien’s official website and reached out to Mike. He quickly scheduled an inspection and came over. We were dealing with heat and hot water issues and were quoted thousands by another company. All Shore came out late on a Friday night and fixed our boiler for just a couple hundred dollars, restoring both heat and hot water. Scott’s attention to detail and commitment to finding the real problem were outstanding. We are beyond grateful and will never use another company.
