Yesterday was my first time here! Everyone was so nice and encouraging, and they really made me feel welcome :) . I also did cardio drumming for the first time, and it was so upbeat that you dont realize its work (most of the time;) .
These ladies are 👏 awesome!!!! I've got a long way to go but these ladies are very encouraging and very knowledgeable when it comes to the products they carry and how to help you make better choices for a better you!!! I called one day out of curiosity, stopped in the next day to check it out and have been hooked ever since! The nutritional shakes are amazing and I'm learning new things every day!!!! Thanks Jamie and Carol for your wisdom, support, and friendship!! You ROCK!!!!
This is a great place, they have lots of ideas for you, exercise program, Drumming classes are a blast! Food classes, many things not just a diet! It's a way to change your life for the positive! Friendly staff, and very knowledgeable. Good go to place to get you back on track! Check them out!
I really love the workout that I had with the group on Monday and Wednesday mornings. The only problem now is that there are not any classes to go to of a morning and I am such a morning person that I cannot find the energy to get up of an evening and go. I am 67 and we need to see if there could be another morning class sit up. Thank you,Lovonna
