Brian installed two new toilets and a dishwasher today. Hit a few snags (not from his work but parts that weren't working from the new items purchased) - kept his cool, went out twice to get needed parts and to be able to finally finish his work. Toilets are working great and even that darn new dishwasher is humming away in my kitchen as I write this. He was very pleasant, explaining the process and answering all of our questions.
