I was charged for the time I opened the account to the end of the month (5 days) but when I closed it up on the 23rd I was told that I wouldn’t get a refund for the rest of the month (31st) because they only pro-rate for a half of a month! They get you coming and going. I have a bigger unit cheaper elsewhere!

RecommendedI was looking for a fast storage place opened on weekend. Not only were they open on the weekend but fast and responsive. Were willing to work with me over the phone and helpful. Will continue to do business with them long term.
RecommendedNot only was I greeted with great customer service, I feel that my belongings are as the name states, secure. I was greeted with a gate that has my own personal code and I feel it’s safer that way. I was also greeted with many many cameras. To top it all off, every time I have went there, someone was on duty. Very happy with All Secure Self Storage.
