The have beautiful and extremely well maintained homes.
We have 2 properties with SKEL and both have been rented soon after becoming available. Steve has a list of good contractors if needed when there is a need. We can choose if we want to use them or someone else. He sends pictures so we can see the condition of the properties. This is very helpful since we are not close where we can drive by the properties.

I am currently a renter and have been for the past 2 years and will renew my lease. When I have problems they are johnny on the spot about fixing the issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are great to work with!
