Nice location very close to DT Redlands which is really cool.
I am a current resident, and in regard to the unit itself, I am very happy with it. It offers in-unit laundry, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. Overall, the apartment itself is nice and has met my expectations. However, living in the community has been extremely challenging, as it feels like there is always a new issue or accommodation being requested of residents. Trash everywhere around the complex. We pay $25 a month for trash service who doesn’t even pick up my trash most days and no one is picking up the scattered pieces all over the property. The water gets shut off ALL THE TIME and they enter your apartment about 5+ times a year to “do maintenance” and they will give you a days warning at times.
