STAY AWAY. They took a perfect working system and made it worse. I called them to clean the outdoor HVAC unit and he messed with the thermostat, furnace and outdoor unit to where the system stopped working. And to do a diagnostic check that made things worse cost $175…I had to call another company to have them fix it.
JJ was prompt, efficient, polite, and gave us peace of mind. We love our mini split system and appreciate JJ's service.
Hip Hip Hooray!! AC is fixed!! The last 6 days really hot and uncomfortable!! Up to 90 degrees in the house!! Bassett came out 2 days ago and The Tech Christian said, All this stuff had to be replaced! That would be Thousands of Dollars in repairs! We had All Seasons come out for a Second opinion and turns out that Christian from the Bassett company disconnected wires to many components to claim all this work needed to be done🤨. Steve did a great job. Big bill but he was very kind to take off about $100. My furnace circuit board went out but steve did great job replacing it. He did a great job explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done and fixed it promptly. Will be staying warm tonight. Thank you!
