Personally i would not go back. Very weird vibes going in the store. The very large down deposit is non refundable which makes you want to leave the equipment there after the months of it sitting there. in the end i would have been better off buying a brand new saw and tossing the one that now smokes after being "fixed"
If i could give 0 i would have. Horrible place to deal with. EXTREMELY RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Gave our equipment 3 months ago and they charged us $160 deposit fee but they never looked at the machines. Upon calling them the clerk said oh I have the machine on the table and we will need another week to look into it. I said we dont want you to do anything anymore with the machines as summer is almost over and we dont need anything to be done. I took a weedwacker that I said was not working. A nice mechanic came in tried to see what the problem was,he touched the battery, and the weedwacker started working. They were nice and accommodating.
Tech was very knowledgeable and was up front on all repairs and replacement parts.
Great communication. Jobs are always done well and done quickly. Friendly service too!
