I had a very disappointing experience with All Seasons Equipment. I dropped off my generator for repair while it was still under warranty. Later, I received a call from them saying the issue was not fixable under warranty — but they had already repaired it without asking for my approval. Then they told me I had to pay $384 plus tax just for cleaning the carburetor, even though I bought the generator brand new for only $450. Personally i would not go back. Very weird vibes going in the store. The very large down deposit is non refundable which makes you want to leave the equipment there after the months of it sitting there. in the end i would have been better off buying a brand new saw and tossing the one that now smokes after being "fixed"
If i could give 0 i would have. Horrible place to deal with. EXTREMELY RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Gave our equipment 3 months ago and they charged us $160 deposit fee but they never looked at the machines. Upon calling them the clerk said oh I have the machine on the table and we will need another week to look into it. I said we dont want you to do anything anymore with the machines as summer is almost over and we dont need anything to be done.
