I purchased and paid for in full All Seasons doors and windows from a third party to be installed on the home renovation. I probably spent close to $40,000. Four double window sliding units were installed at the rear of my house. All eight insulated panels failed on two separate occasions. On All Seasons third attempt to replace their failed product they dropped the ball on an agreed to scheduled install and were a no show. I've been waiting two months for my windows from here, and they still aren't ready yet. I understand there can be supply chain issues at any point -- in my case the paint apparently isn't available -- but that's why you try to have alternatives at the ready. Instead, here I am constantly waiting, constantly getting told that the windows will be ready in a week or two, only for that to not be true when that date comes.
