Johnny S. was very thorough with his explanation of what he was going to do and what his/our expectations should be. We have old carpeting that is worn and stained. We were just hoping to get by for a while. Well, were we surprised as to how much dirt and stains actually came out. We are totally thrilled at how how our home looks with the floors being one color without spots! Thank -you very much for a job done very well, all for the quoted price.
