Last year their service was horrible, but we'd been with them for a long time, knew they had made some changes to improve, so we have them another try. Unfortunately, they didn't improve. We prepaid for the summer and were put on a weekly schedule for lawn care. They certainly aren't showing up on a weekly basis and when I call, they give me a day they will be out and are usually a no show for another day or two past that. We gave them the benefit of the doubt by hiring them for another summer. Instant regret.
Awful service and horrible customer service. Do not come here. I called Patrick Conely who is the local owner just to ask him a few questions. He was very mean and intimidating. I immediately switched services. I inherited this snow service company through my grandma bc she recently was admitted to longterm care so i didnt know much about their services how they operated. Plus, it had snowed prior to me going to work and after working a 9 hr day, it was clear that they had not shoveled/ snow blowed my property when i got hom... read more
