We signed up for their pest control service and mosquito service. Everything from scheduling our appointment to follow up has been awesome. We had a really bad ant and spider problem outside. Not only did they get Kyle out to us in 24 hours, it rained later that day so he set up a follow up just 2 weeks later without us needing to ask. You can tell they put the client first.
There are no pests at my house.. and all safe all ways does a great job!
I have been fortunate that I have not been infested with insects &/or rodents within my home for over 2 1/2 years. That is not the case for many neighbors. Rats are numerous with nearby restaurants closed and their food supply cut. Rats are part of living in the DFW metroplex but having the destruction, etc when they enter a home (garages, attics, walls, etc), Not the end of the world but I could not handle one more stress or financial burden at this time.
