Do not rent a unit from these people! My husband and I were left with cleaning out a unit that belonged to his mother, which took us several months to do on top of all the other estate responsibilities. We were late on the last 3 months of rent but paid everything in full by the time we had it cleaned out. (No option to pay online). We were never charged the supposed late fees bc of the death in the family. One month after cleaning it out, we still had not received our deposit refund. ITS HEATED! The last storage unit i had in lincolncity was not heated,and i had to toss most of things,due to mildew. Very nice clean and dry units,I am grateful and very happy that i was able to rent a heated unit big enough for my 3 bedroom house,.we have never had a problem accessing our unit, the managers are very nice, honest and,professional.
