Bobi and her team took care of us when no one else would. Propane Heater went out and had been out for weeks. With nights in the upper 20’s (Jan) the big dealers refused to see us for 2-3 months unless we bought it from them. 8 month old Fleetwood Motorhome and no Fleetwood dealer from Florida to Arizona would look at it! Went in to All Rv and bought a part from Boby, trying to fix it myself. All RV is unapologetically expensive and predatory. No returns accepted. Spend your money where you have protections as a buyer. Went in for trailer wiring. They compiled the connectors and cut wires to length without any communication of prices. I was rushed out the door after spending $100+ for what costs $35 at an ace hardware. I returned the next morning with my receipts and my story and they said “sorry, not sorry” I understand small businesses have it tough, but when you’re small and play with a cold shoulder, well, yo... read more

Friendly and helpful i broke a spring shackle on ny 5th wheel, even though they were closed i left a message they got back to me and put my mind at ease that I would be able to get the parts I needed. Monday morning got my parts and fixed it. Great experience.

Bobby and Patty and the entire team are wonderful. Say what you want but if you have a bad experience here it’s because you caused it, and you should not own an RV. Their prices are fair. And if you’re rude then you’re not gonna get anywhere. Just be nice and expect to pay what the cost or repairs and parts. Nothing is free. They have gone out of their way and above and beyond for me for years. They have been in business for decades. You won’t find a more dedicated & professional team. All haters move on.
