In August of this year one of the technicians came out to install a water heater, the technician proceeded to install the outlet on top of a electrical wire and did not put a cover over it as was asked. There was also a new hot water heater door paid for and when the technician installed it he put all kinds of putty all over the front and the sides of this new door. What was supposed to take a couple days or so was not completed until 3 days after he started because he did not show up the next day as he stated he was going t... read more

We waited 60 days for my order, and the company didn't even bother to inform me that it had been damaged; they simply sent it back without any communication. It took me several days to figure this out after I called to check on the status. It's clear that this company is disorganized and seriously lacking in basic customer service skills. So now we are $1300 in and no AC. His employees put the unit in our car so we did not see the condition of the ... read more

Called to get answers for questions I had in regards to an AC issue and although I am aware that no one wants to or has the capability of recharging an AC you do not need to be rude. I understand that you need a license to handle the freon needed to recharge but if you cant do it. Don't be a jerk
