I had an appointment scheduled almost a week in advance for 1:00 PM. I arrived a little early since I was already in the area, fully understanding I wouldn’t be taken before my scheduled time. The front desk associate, Kelsey, was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire visit she was the only positive part of this experience, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. This wasn’t the worst leak after you installed a rebuild motor for me. But it did contribute to about a quart a month coating the undercarriage and exhaust. The worst was when you left the oil pan hanging 1/16 or more. Valve cover gasket casket was simply over tightened. Way over. I don’t think a torque wrench saw my Jeep. Not one new gasket was used in the vehicle. O2 sensor left hanging on exhaust. They said they drove it. No way they could have. My new car was damaged by a shopping cart(my guess) in the grocery parking lot After receiving an estimate from the car dealer a service employee suggested I call Bernie. I am so happy I did. The work on my car was done quickly, at a substantially lower price and looks like the car that left the showroom. I can't stop smiling and would never hesitate recommending them for body work.
