Terrible customer service. Walked in to cancel a policy and they joked around blamed us for not asking them to lower our bill that inexplictly went up. Wow. Great responce. Clearly you don't value your customers but yeah you got that joke in. No tickets, no accidents but apparently it's okay to randomly raise good drivers rates based on other people's bad driving habits.
