Katie and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! She made the process of buying our first home less intimidating. She answered all of our questions promptly, and helped to negotiate a fair price and even repairs that needed to be done before closing. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate, Yvette Hoover is the person to connect with in my opinion. She is on top of all the paperwork and provides guidance in advance of actions needed to proceed with the sale. She has a wonderful personality and is very easy to work with…an important benefit for those new to the area.
