I have parked my motorhome in this lot for several years thru the different ownership/management changes. The last couple of years I moved my unit indoors for the winter at another facility but, I always move back for the spring and summer months. The last couple of years, Roadie Ric has been great to work with when I'm moving back in. A couple of things I don't like: Charging a return customer for an Admin Fee. Why? Ric is super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was having trouble with my gate code and Ric had me up and running in no time. Extra Space Storage has always been easy to work with.
