I was gathering information about storage spaces in my area. On June 1 I called the toll free number for Extra Space and spoke to Tamika who was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Today, June 2 I stopped at the South Glens Falls NY location and met Kim. She is awesome! She listened to my situation and advised me. She was professional, personable, knowledgeable, etc. My first call was the only call I needed to make thanks to Tamika and Kim at Extra Space Storage!
