Last Fall the rent was $140 mo. The manager said "that is the normal rate, but it usually goes up the first of the year. Three months later, (February) they increased it to $220. The manager said she would credit me $40, and lower the rent to $179, but she never did. I moved to another place which is cheaper and has better customer service, and they answer the phone. Evelyn and Starlyne were beyond helpful. They not only answered our questions but they also directed us to one of their storage sites closer to our new home. They compared prices and explained the entire rental process to us. We highly recommend using this storage facility!
