Easy, clean and efficient. What could be better?

Last Fall the rent was $140 mo. The manager said "that is the normal rate, but it usually goes up the first of the year. Three months later, (February) they increased it to $220. The manager said she would credit me $40, and lower the rent to $179, but she never did. I moved to another place which is cheaper and has better customer service, and they answer the phone. They never answer the phone which is a very bad sign. They also haven't returned my call to acknowledge I stopped the recurring payment. They were charging me $... read more
