Love that it's 24 hour access but the gate has malfunctioned 3x! To their credit tho the woman that was on call was so friendly and helpful.
Iris was very nice and prompt. She should be queen of the office for a whole calendar year, at least. With a raise in pay of course. Perhaps a month paid vacation quarterly.
Easy, pleasant process. Friendly service. Update: Do not waste your time if you think you are getting a good deal. After 3-4 months, it went up by $30 a month! Go somewhere else. Only giving one star because Customer Service is still very nice.
